Default Overlapping Disney Characters for Reception

Hi, I'm looking into having a few characters at my reception and was told that the princesses and princes cannot overlap with each other as their "timelines" don't cross, that the only ones who could overlap with anyone was Mickey and friends. I didn't know how strict they are on that as I wanted to book Rapunzel and Flynn along with Anna, Elsa, and Olaf. Their timelines do technically cross as Rapunzel and Flynn are both scene in the beginning of Frozen going to the coronation. Cinderella and Rapunzel are both housed together in the parks for the meet and greet as well. I haven't asked my planner yet as I didn't want to seem like I'm challenging their rules. I was hoping someone here might have an answer.

hmm. we had mickey and Minnie and then added stitch on as well to our reception in 2006. I do remember at the time they were not going to let us overlap them. But then they agreed to them overlapping by 10 minutes. So mickey and Minnie came out and 10 minutes before they left stitch came in. For whatever reason that was ok.

Hopefully that means they might be more lenient for what we want to do.
