Default Need wedding planning help Please!!

Hi Everyone,

I am planning a wedding for my sister at Disney. I am an event planner and my sister does not want anything to do with planning her wedding so its a good fit.

I have a few questions for the forum:

1. She really wants to do the American Rotunda at Epcot. Has anyone used this venue? It says the wedding can't start till 9:30 which seems late, can you let me know your experience with this time restraint?
2. Do they let you have a DJ in this space?
3. For those who have married in a ball room how much is it to drape the room?
4. Any recommendations on the best photographer/videographers? We are going to use Disney approved vendors but would love to know which are the best!
5. Any cost saving tips that I should be made aware of?
6. Any extra hidden fees or upgrades that I should know about?

I don't have access to the private boards yet so any help here would be greatly appreciated!
