Disney's Aulani Resort at Ko Olina on the island of Oahu offers brides and grooms the same Disney Fairytale Wedding's options in an island paradise. Perfect for vow renewals or weddings alike, couples have a choice of several exotic locations for both their ceremony and reception. Venues showcase breathtaking views infused with the Aloha spirit of Hawaii. Aulani offers couples only the Memories Collection and Wishes Collection weddings.

THE MEMORIES COLLECTION
The Memories Wedding Package was created for the simpler, more intimate wedding event. It is a perfect way to have a beautiful wedding but on a smaller budget, without the intense planning that can come with the other Disney collections.

This package will allow the bride and groom to have up to 15 guests at one Aulani's gorgeous Memories locations for the ceremony. The Memories Collection is offered Monday-Friday based on availability.

2012 Minimum Expenditures

Monday - Sunday    $4,000.00++

Minimum expenditure begins with a $3,500.00 ceremony experience and then couples select a reception that best suits their needs.

Cake and Champagne Receptions $500.00
Breakfast/Brunch Receptions*      $75.00++ per person
Lunch Receptions*                      $100.00++ per person
Dinner Receptions*                     $125.00++ per person

Pricing considerations when planning an Aulani wedding:

Minimum food and beverage expenditure is comprised of food and beverage costs planned on the event day, which may include pre-reception, reception, dessert parties, wedding cake and all alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.

While there is no minimum per person food and beverage expenditure for guests under the age of twenty-one (21), you will be charged for the food and beverages served to such guests.

Breakfast/Brunch Receptions include the 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. wedding ceremonies. Lunch Receptions include the 12:00 p.m. ceremony. Dinner Receptions include the 2:30 p.m. 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. ceremonies.

*During certain seasons and on holidays, a higher wedding expenditure may apply. Please ask your Disney Wedding Consultant for more information regarding these times.

++Food and beverage prices are subject to a service charge (which is taxable) and applicable general excise tax (currently, 22% and 4.712%, respectively). A portion of this service charge (currently 19% of food and beverage sales) will be distributed directly to food and beverage staff as tip income, while the remainder (currently 3%) will be applied toward costs or expenses other than wages and tips of employees. Service charge and taxes are subject to change without notice.
